  Observation. The educator certificates are not displayed. To ensure transparency with families and the public it is a requirement to have the educator certificates displayed. Submit by July 8, 2025, evidence that this has been completed.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. A review of the fire drill log noted that a fire drill was not conducted for the month of June. Implementing the fire drill system each month will ensure employees are prepared in the event of a fire emergency. Submit by July 8, 2025, a response outlining how fire drills will be practiced as required.
