Observation. At the time of this inspection, Licensing has radon gas readings which are higher then the acceptable 200 Bq/m3. More mitigation has occurred and re-testing is currently in process. Once the results from the current test are received, submit the results to Licensing for data entry.

The departure times on the daily attendance record are not consistently recorded. Emergency cards are missing other information to readily identify a child in an emergency.
