  Observation. Child records were reviewed. The name and contact details for an emergency contact were missing for two children. Ensure all required information is gathered prior to a child starting. Submit by November 24, 2025, confirmation that the missing information is now recorded.

A random selection of child records were reviewed, one child's records did not provide the Licensee with consent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in an emergency and release the child to someone other than the parent. Staff records were reviewed with the Licensee Contact, the criminal record check, references and work history was unable to be viewed at the time of the inspection for one staff member. The Licensee Contact stated they had not been uploaded to the record keeping system.
