  Observation. The Licensing Officer observed inadequate photographs of children and there was no additional identifying information in children's record. Ensure children's record includes adequate photographs and other information that can be used to readily identify children in emergencies.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The Licensing Officer observed a hanging stereo cord in the nap room which may pose a potential safety risk to children. Ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided and maintained at all times. This was corrected during inspection.

• Has the facility been tested for radon gas?Non-critical

  Observation. Radon results have not been sent to Licensing.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The diaper mat has a tear, therefore is no longer in good repair. Several of the vinyl covered tumble wedges and foam climbing blocks have splits in the vinyl exposing the foam, these are no longer in good repair.
