    Observation. - Upon reviewing children's records, the daily attendance record was found incomplete. Ensure daily attendance record indicates the times of arrival and departure of children. - An incomplete log of outdoor play space inspections, repairs, and maintenance was observed by the Licensing Officer. Ensure thorough daily, monthly, and annual inspections of the play space are performed to ensure safe play space and a log of these inspections is maintained.

    Observation. Fire extinguishers were due for service January 2019. -Fire drill system posted in a prominent location. Monthly fire drills and annual evacuation appear complete and current. -Policies reviewed appear current. Please ensure a current copy of the parent handbook is available onsite for Licensing and parent review at all times.

    Observation. -Child sized chairs were located in entrance obstructing a clear emergency exit path (corrected during inspection). -First aid kit carried outside contains expired items and only small band-aids. Please remove expired items and replace supplies such as gauze, medical tape, triangle bandage, etc. to build a kit appropriate for aid of more than minor cuts and abrasions. Facility, equipment and toys inspected appear age/ development appropriate, safe, clean and in good repair. Outside play space minimally inspected to due snow depth.
