Observation. Prior to the inspection, Licensing reviewed print information packages and social media advertising materials which outlined the care program being offered for preschool aged children. At the time of the inspection Licensing observed one adult providing care to 3 children not related to the adult by blood or marriage. Observations and information provided by program employee at the time of the inspection confirmed that the scope of programming being offered does not meet the criteria to be a program exempted from the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
