    Observation. Licensing observed soap water and bleach solution available for cleaning and sanitizing in the activity area and kitchen area. Bleach solution is available in the children's washroom for sanitizing, however, no soap water bottle is observed.

    Observation. Licensing and Manager could not locate the Care & Supervision Policy, and the Active Play and Screen Time Policy. Electronic resources are provided as requested.

    Observation. Manager informs that comfort kits are available for all children at the facility, however, the existing emergency food and water have expired. Manager is planning to purchase individual backpack kits for each child to combine with their personal comfort kits, and is currently working on the purchase. Licensing observed fire extinguisher to be current in its servicing.

    Observation. *The toilet cleaning brush is accessible to children in the infant/toddler washroom. *2 loose and unsecured cords from the baby monitors were observed to be hanging down from the shelf in the nap room. *Bug spray and sunscreen were observed to be within children's reach on the sign in desk and also on a shelf in the main activity area. *A folded up pack 'n play was observed to be standing up in the entrance near the strollers- this item is taller than 4 feet and is a tipping hazard.
