    Observation. A notebook is available for the intended purpose of logging minor incidents, however, not used. A conversation was had in regards to the different things that could be documented, and different reasons for the documentation.

    Observation. Inspections of the outdoor space is conducted each day, however, not recorded.

    Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

    Observation. Licensee informs that enrolment began in August, however, no fire drills or emergency drills have been conducted to date. Licensing encouraged a fire drill to be practiced later in the day, or the following day, in order to maintain compliance. Licensee to inform LO of the practice if completed, by phone or email. However, LO had not received any notification prior to the writing of this report.
