Observation. Licensing observed that one of the sliding door locks on the storage cabinet was broken leaving the door unsecured.

Observation. Licensing observed a loose sound machine cord hanging from a shelf in the nap room. The cord was accessible from a nearby crib. The crib was moved away from the cord during the inspection.

Observation. Licensing observed that the anti slip strips on the climber ladder were gone leaving the nailing staples exposed. The anti slip strips on the climber stairs were loose and ripped with some nailing staples exposed.
