The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]
Observation. Licensing observed the following: 1) The low wood fence between the neighbour's yard was broken and had fallen down on one side. The wood appeared to be aged and rotten and in need of replacement. 2) The mesh fence on the side of the house that closed off the space between the house and the fence was broken and had fallen down on one side. 3) A plastic algae overgrown infant/toddler swing hanging from a tree right up against a playhouse.
