  Observation. Licensing observed a large climber, a small Little Tikes climber and a spring rocking horse placed on concrete and rocks, posing a risk of injury if a child were to fall. A discussion was held with the manager that this equipment cannot be placed on hard surfaces and must be moved to the grass area. The manager stated they might prefer to remove the equipment for now due to the developmental level of the children in care.
