    Observation. LO observed that two of the children who have emergency medication on site do not have a parent signed permission form giving staff the authority to administer the medication. An up to date permission form is attached to this report.

    Observation. LO observed that one of the children in care has a care plan for administering an inhaler. However, the expiry date is past due. Parent's have informed staff that a new inhaler has been ordered.

    Observation. LO observed the back playground. This playground is in addition to the designated playground for the three to five program. Under the playhouse in this play area the ground is eroding and a hole large enough for a child's foot, leg or arm to get caught in has formed.

    Observation. Licensing observed an area with stacked black foam board tiles surrounded by safety tape at children's level, broken anti slip tape on the climber and a tangled hose in the outdoor play space posing hazards.
