  Observation. Licensing observed the following: The care plan did not have the child’s name, the record of the expiry day was recorded as December 2025 but the EpiPen expiry date is December 2024.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed the following: A broken corner of the Lego box tabletop, Two chairs with tears, a broken spinning egg chair, a tent with tears.

  Observation. Licensing observed that an EpiPen for a child in care was expired.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed three life threatening allergy emergency action plans that were incomplete. In addition a child diagnosed with Asthma did not have an Emergency Action Plan.
