    Observation. -One staff did not have a criminal record check(CRC) and was working in the program -One staff did not have a site specific CRC

    Corrective action. Please ensure all staff have a Criminal record check and a CRC that is site specific before commencing work in the facility. In discussion the Manager said that she has applied for the CRC today.
