Corrective action. Ensure the facility is clean and in good repair while children are in care.

Observation. Children beddings were stored together.
Corrective action. Please ensure that children bedding are stored on a manner that it is not touching and posing a risk of cross contaminated.

Observation. The children's nap blankets were laying on the nap mats and touching each other.
Corrective action. Ensure children's nap supplies don't touch each other to promote hygiene.

A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.
Observation. At the time of Licensing's arrival, it was observed through the window that one child was present in the facility with no staff being seen; the door that goes to the rest of the home was open and moments later the Manager did come into the room through this door. The Manager stated they were only gone for 2-3 minutes to grab some cleaning supplies. A discussion occurred about continous supervision at all times.
Corrective action. Ensure supervision of the children at all times.
