A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. The carpet within the play room has started to ripple in different areas which can act as a tripping hazard.
Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before January 29, 2025

A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed a metal shelf on the outdoor patio and a tall wooden book shelf in one of the play rooms that are not secured. The Licensee said that the children are supervised at all times when they are in either areas.
Corrective action. The Licensee informed Licensing that they would secure them today Jan. 23/24.
