EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. The following was noted at today's inspection: -Staff personal belongings accessible within Preschool Room. -Child takes milk bottle to bed during nap time. Discussed concerns in regard to this practice: choking, required continuous supervision of child. -No Soap dispenser at the handwashing sink within the GCC 3-5 classroom.
Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before December 27, 2024
