  • PHYSICAL, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHING / EnvironmentNon-critical

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

Observation. As discussed with manager, there are some areas in the playroom that have chipped and / or peeling paint. There are some signs of wear and tear starting to show, it is recommended that there is a long term plan in place to address issues as they arise and to plan for regular update / repair. It is also important to note, that each year the facility is open, you will acquire additional items, and storage will become an issue. It is good to remove items and equipment that is not used to ensure your usable space is not effected by accumulation of items.
