    A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

    Observation. Licensing observed that the staff was only using bleach and water to sanitize the tables, but were not using soap and water to clean the tables first to avoid cross contamination.

    Children are provided with a comprehensive and coordinated program of indoor and outdoor activities that is designed for the development and care of the children, and is appropriate for the age and development of the children. [CCLR Sec. 44(1)(a)(b)(c) and Schedule(G)]

    Observation. Licensing observed that the outdoor space was not set up to receive children for play. The picnic table was still wet from the rain from the previous night and the sand box still had the cover on it even though a child was trying to access the space.
