  Observation. All children's files were reviewed, and were complete with the exception of two children missing emergency contacts that are different from the parents.

  All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]

  Observation. While the licensee shared dates for CRC's to expire, there is no CRC from Victoria (Criminal Records Review Branch) on file for those over the age of 12 living or ordinarily present. LO shared information how how to apply for CRC's.
