  Observation. Licensing Officer observed two fire extinguishers have expired and require servicing.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that an immunization status is not kept for 2 children.

  Fire drills are not practiced at least once each month. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that the required monthly fire drills were not conducted in January and February.

  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. Licensing observed that the staff was only using bleach and water to sanitize the tables, but were not using soap and water to clean the tables first, avoiding possible cross contamination and the possibility of children becoming ill.

  Children are provided with a comprehensive and coordinated program of indoor and outdoor activities that is designed for the development and care of the children, and is appropriate for the age and development of the children. [CCLR Sec. 44(1)(a)(b)(c) and Schedule(G)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that the outdoor space was not set up to receive children for play. The children only had access to the bikes and large equipment, not allowing to explore and experience in all areas of child development.

  Observation. Licensing observed there is no log kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs of outdoor space and equipment.

  A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant unless the person holds a certificate issued under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications], which must be verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry [CCLR Sec. 19(4)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed all staff did not have documentation to support certificates were verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of early childhood registry.

  Observation. Licensee observed all staff did not have immunization documentation.
