The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. LO observed two rooms operating, they appear clean and have appropriate supplies. The tables in the room have been cleaned regularly and appears that the varnish is wearing away. There are also scratches in the wood. Due to this, it appears that you are unable to clean / sanitize the surface.

Observation. LO observed that the vinyl flooring in the facility hallways and children's washrooms appears to be showing wear and tear as there are areas where it's being held together by duct tape. The flooring is cracked and lifting which poses a potential tripping hazard.

Observation. In the children's washrooms, LO observed that the shelving units above the toilets is used a storage space for equipment, materials and miscellaneous items which poses a risk if the items were to fall.

Observation. LO reviewed a sampling of the children's records and observed the following: -medical practitioner is not kept for 8 children -emergency contact is not kept for 2 children -immunization status is not kept for 1 child -medical insurance plan number is not kept for 7 children
