  Observation. LO observed a medication prescribed for a child expired December 2025.

  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. In the classroom space, LO observed two area rugs that appear to be soiled, stained and no longer easy to clean.

  Not free from hazards.

  Observation. LO observed a long string hanging from a basketball hoop posing a risk of injury. A staff removed the string during the inspection. LO observed that a large wood board is placed on the ground to cover a water spigot which is under repair. The edge of the wood board is lifting and posing a tripping hazard.
