    Corrective action. The manager will ensure that the play pens are used as stated in manufacturers instructions. In the mean time, manager stated that the child will sleep only on the mattress not in the play pen.

    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. During inspection of the facility, the following was found: 1. The washroom sink had brown stains behind the faucet and around the sink. The toilet has a brown ring in it and appears to require cleaning. 2. The fridge was inspected and has brown stains and residue under the vegetable and fruit drawers. 3. A wall in the main play area has chipped paint and exposed drywall.

    Corrective action. Ensure the facility is clean and in good repair
