Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed on Nov. 26th - Emergency and fire drills that were completed on Nov. 25th were not recorded. The facility manager said that these drills were practiced and completed with children.

Observation. Besides 1st aid certificates, there was no documentation available for any employee.
Corrective action. All employees must have all required documentation as per CCLR s.19 (Character & skill requirements) onsite.
