- POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. During the routine inspection, the emergency supplies were verified and it was observed that the water and the food were expired, therefore not usable in case of an emergency.
Corrective action. Please ensure the children and staff have access to emergency supplies so they mitigate, respond and recover from an emergency.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.
Observation. During the inspection 7 random children's files were reviewed and 4 children's files were missing a medical practitioner and phone number.
Corrective action. Please ensure all children's files are complete.
