Observation. The name of the manager is not displayed in a prominent location. The manager's name is required to be posted in order to inform parents and the public of who is responsible for the program. Provide evidence by November 12, 2025, that the manager's name has been posted in a prominent location.

Observation. A gas heating stove was within reach of children and large wooden tent poles that could have fallen over were leaning against the wall in the children's play space. Children must not have access to anything that may be hazardous to their safety. Provide evidence by November 12, 2025 that the hazardous items are no longer accessible to children.

Observation. Medication consent form templates did not include a place to indicate the dosage and time medication is administered, nor the name of the employee who administered the medication. Procedures must be in place to guide employees on the administration of medication and to ensure that evidence exists to show that medication has been administered according to the instructions provided by the parents. Provide evidence by November 12, 2025, of a complete medication administration form.

Observation. An employee file is missing evidence of immunization status, and criminal record check results that are specific to this facility. Shared criminal record check results had been requested, but had not been received at the time of inspection. All required information must be received prior to a person starting employment. Provide evidence by November 21, 2025 that the employee file is complete.

Observation. Past attendance records were observed to be complete. Some children's arrival times had not yet been recorded on the day of inspection. A method of recording arrival times as they happen is important to ensure all children are accounted for in case of an emergency. This inspection occurred on the second day of classes for the new school year, and photos of all children had not been acquired. A system for obtaining all required information, including photos or digital images of the children prior to them attending the program is required. Ensure a photo or digital image of each child is acquired by the follow up date above.

Observation. Some children's files are missing required information. A child's sex must be indicated in their records. The file for a substitute staff person was not able to be located during the inspection.

Observation. A door that goes into the garage was closed, but unlocked.

Observation. A record of persons not permitted access to a child is required.

Observation. The Licensee is an Early Childhood Educator who possesses adequate training and experience, however her First Aid certification expired in April of 2021. Licensee reports being registered for several First Aid Courses throughout the past 8 months that were cancelled due to COVID, She is enrolled in a course to take place in November 2021.
