  Observation. Criminal Record Checks for Licensee, resident of the home, and helper/volunteer are expired and must be renewed immediately. Licensee's first aid certificate has expired and is expected to be renewed in 3 days following the inspection. Please notify Licensing of your system for monitoring future expiration dates of required documentation.
