It is the responsibility of the Licensee to ensure all consent are obtained as required for the health and safety of the child while in care. A response is required by April 17, 2026 to confirm all consents have been obtained.

Observation. Cloth hand towels are used for the children to dry their hands. Each towel is used all day and is hanging on individual hooks in the washroom in contact with one another. The towels are confirmed to be washed everyday. Having the towels re-used throughout the day and stored in a manner where they are in contact with one another increases the risk of illness or communicable disease in the facility between the children. A response is required by April 17, 2026 to outline how the risk has been mitigated.
