    Corrective action. The licensee will obtain immunization status for volunteers

    A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

    Observation. Licensing observed fire drills had not been implemented for 10 of the last 12 months.

    Corrective action. Licensee stated these would be implemented monthly moving forward.

    Observation. Licensing observed no fire extinguisher; Licensee confirmed one had not been purchased. Additionally, Licensing observed the emergency supplies were insufficient to implement the emergency plan.

    Corrective action. Licensee stated a fire extinguisher and additional emergency supplies would be purchased.

    A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed four children's files, of which three were missing immunization status.

    Corrective action. Licensee stated immunization status would be obtained for all children in care.
