A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hot tub located in the outdoor play area was not locked. The Licensee locked the hot tub during the inspection making it inaccessible to children.
Corrective action. Ensure that the hot tub is locked and inaccessible to children.
