Observation. The hot tub is found to be unlocked. Although it is empty, this area presents a potential risk of entrapment. This is corrected during the inspection. The living room is observed to have items on the floor and may pose a tripping hazard to children. Submit by January 29, 2026, how the issue has been corrected, and ensure a healthy and safe environment at all times. Children have access in one of the rooms that has been converted into a storage room. They may potentially access hazardous items and equipment. Submit by January 29, 2026, how the issue has been corrected.

Observation. A support staff is deemed as a volunteer; however, they are missing the required records. This presents a potential risk to children’s safety. Submit by January 29, 2026, evidence of having obtained the required records.

Observation. Licensing observed that a soiled diaper was disposed of in the kitchen garbage bin. Ensure that the facility has a sturdy surface for changing diapers, located outside the food preparation area, next to both (a) a covered container for soiled clothing, and (b) a wash basin.

Observation. The toilet sink needs repair. Ensure that the facility is safe, sanitary and in good repair, and that it is appropriate for the age and development of children. Licensing observed a large number of bottles for recycling stored in plastic bags, along with other items, in the outdoor play area. Ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may present potential hazards to their health and safety.

Observation. The storage on one of the shelves was disorganized with concerns that some of the toys may fall off. This was resolved during inspection. The bathroom garbage was overfull. Please ensure this is resolved.
