Observation. There have been times when an Infant Toddler Educator and an Early Childhood Educator Assistant are present with 8 children. An Infant Toddler Educator and an Early Childhood Educator (not Assistant) is required when there are 4-8 children present. Ensure employee to child ratios are maintained at all times.

To reduce the risk of potential cross contamination of communicable diseases, bedding should be stored separately to ensure a healthy and safe environment. Ensure children's bedding is stored in a manner to reduce the potential of cross contamination of communicable diseases by 13-Jan-2026. The children's lunch's are stored in the fridge. There is no device to measure the temperature in the fridge. Safe food storage practices require the fridge temperature to be at or below 4°Celsius. Provide means to ensure appropriate fridge temperature. The hot water exceeds 49°Celsius increasing the potential risk of burns to the children. Ensure the water temperature is below 49°Celsius by 13-Jan-2026.
