  Observation. Licensing reviewed the children's records and found them to be incomplete. Ensure to keep current records for each child identifying personal information such as their immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing observed a storage for bed presents a potential hazard within the children's play area. Ensure that equipment, furniture and supplies are sturdy, safe and free from hazards.

  Observation. Today sharp scissors were found in the drawer which could be accessed by children. The washing machine does not have a child safe latch on it. It is a front loading machine which presents the opportunity for a child to climb inside. A child naps in a room with a treadmill and other items. In this room a loose cord was accessible. Though the child is in a playpen, there is no knowing when a child will be able to climb out and access hazards. Please ensure this room is made child safe if used for napping.
