  Observation. Licensing observed the deck at the front door of the facility is slippery posing a hazard for the children.

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility.

  Observation. A random selection of children's files were reviewed. Out of the three reviewed, one did not have a date of enrolment.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record showing date of enrolment is on file.

  Observation. In discussion with the licensee it was noted a child with allergies required a care plan.
