    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Air freshener in the bathroom was accessible to children - High chairs were not cleaned and sanitized before use - Handwashing was not completed before children sat down to eat

    Corrective action. Ensure there is a system to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

    Observation. Licensing observed the fire drills were not completed since the facility has been licensed.

    Corrective action. Ensure fire drills are completed monthly.
