EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the Manager: Outdoor Play Area: there were various broken and rusty toys/equipment accessible within the outdoor area, used by the children.
Corrective action. Ensure that all equipment are clean and in good repair.
