  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

  Observation. Electronic devices and lamps are plugged into outlets at child level in the infant toddler play area and the 30 month - School Age napping area. The cords from these devices and lamps are not secured to the wall and the electrical outlets have plugs that are accessible to children while playing and sleeping. A broken terrarium in the backyard play area is accessible to children

  Corrective action. Outlets must not be accessible to children and cords must be secured. Ensure broken terrarium is removed from the children's play area

  Observation. During inspection of the Group Child Care (30 Month - SA), it was found that the heat register has come unfastened from the wall.
