A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.
Observation. There are some children in care who do not have photos. Manager has had difficulty obtaining photos from parents.
Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before March 3, 2026

Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the manager: Only 1 fire drill has been practiced and recorded. Fire drills must be practiced monthly and emergency plan yearly.
Corrective action. Ensure that monthly fire drills and yearly emergency drill is practiced and recorded,.
