    Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): LO observed and discussed the following with the Manager: Children from both GCC ( 30 months and SA) and GCC ( School Age) were combined in one single group in one classroom.

    Corrective action. Ensure that children from different service types are divided into appropriate groups as per Sch E of CCLR.
