- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection the diapering map had worn out and there was staining with black spots on the end.
Corrective action. Please ensure the equipment is clear and in good repair.

Observation. Upon inspection there were 2 children's ride on toys that had missing pedals that exposed the metal bar underneath. This poses a hazard to the children in care.
Corrective action. Please ensure equipment is free from hazards.
