    Observation. The following was observed: - Fire extinguisher had not been serviced in last 12 months. - Food and water in the emergency supplies was insufficient for 72 hours. Food and water that was available was found to be expired.

    Corrective action. The manager will service/replace the fire extinguisher and ensure there is sufficient non-expired food in the emergency supplies.

    Observation. During this inspection a child was able to open a door and started to go to the upstairs of the house. The upstairs of the house is not part of the licensed space.

    Corrective action. A way of ensuring children cannot open the door to the upstairs of the house needs to be in place. The use of childproof door handle covers was discussed.
