Observation. There was no fire extinguisher on site.
Corrective action. The Licensee said that it was being maintained and was not going to be ready until next week.

Observation. Upon viewing the fire drill records, 2 months of firedrills had not been recorded.
Corrective action. Please ensure fire drills are conducted once a month.

Observation. Upon inspection there was air freshener and ant poison accessible. Licensee agreed that it needed to be inaccessible.
Corrective action. Please ensure hazardous substances are not accessible to children.

Observation. Upon inspection, the water was above 49 degrees Celsius.

Observation. Upon review of 4 children's files, 1 was missing an immunization status and another was missing the medical card number.

Observation. The fridge temperature was 7.9c.
Corrective action. To ensure safe storage of food please make sure the fridge temperature is between 0-4c.

A licensee must have all of the following: (a) emergency exits and a fire drill system approved by a local assistant within the meaning of the Fire Services Act.
Observation. The inspection decal on the fire extinguisher expired on February 14, 2021.
Corrective action. Please make sure the fire extinguisher has a valid inspection decal. This is repeat non compliance and was noted on Routine Inspection #WBET-BLJNM dated February 6, 2020.
