    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): CCFL observed the following: A hole in the netting on a playpen used for napping and particle board was exposed and warping on one of the cupboard doors under the bathroom sink.

    Corrective action. The crib was removed during this inspection and the exposed particle board was covered with duct tape.
