EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. There was a sound machine on the ground with the electrical cord plugged in. Children sleep on cots and the staff do not remain in the room at all times.
Corrective action. The Manager said that she will either move the sound machine on the window sill and secure the cord to the wall or get a bluetooth sound machine.
