    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Emergency drill had not been conducted - Food and water in the emergency kit had expired - The fire extingusher was not serviced

    Corrective action. The staff said they will conduct an emergency drill and replace the food and water in the emergency kit with non-expired items

    Observation. Licensing observed 2 staff working in the facility and neither staff had their certificates posted.

    Corrective action. Staff acknowledged the contravention.

    Observation. Licensing observed that staff could not produce the firedrill records.

    Corrective action. Staff said that the fire drills had been conducted however they did not know if it had been recorded or where to find the records.

    A licensee must supply equipment, furniture and supplies that are (a) of sturdy and safe construction, easy to clean and free from hazards.

    Observation. Upon inspection of the toys, there were small pieces that were not safe for children under 36 months available to children.

    Corrective action. Please ensure toys are age appropriate.
