    Observation. [CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION] A cutting knife with sleeve was kept in the drawer that is accessible to the children

    Corrective action. Staff had moved the knife to an upper cupboard that is out of reach from children during inspection.

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The fridge temperature was 6c.

    Corrective action. To ensure the fridge temperature is between 0-4c the manager turned the fridge temperature down during this inspection.

    Corrective action. The manager will ensure medication with a current expiry date is at the facility.
