    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection Licensing observed a scoop that was used for the cat litter. This was located in the cupboard in the washroom at the children's level. This could cause a potential health hazard. This was corrected during the inspection.

    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. A hinge on a cupboard door in the bathroom was broken and the door could not be closed.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that the cupboard door can close.
