    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: -Two loose cords. This could cause a potential hazard. This was corrected during the inspection -One electrical outlet cover was uncovered. This was night next to a child's bed and could present a potential hazard. This was corrected during the inspection -A rusty gate. This could cause a potential health hazard. -The lock on the gate for the outdoor play area was broken. The Manager stated that she will provide active supervision in this area until this has been corrected and children will play in an alternate space until this corrected. Please correct by November 13, 2024
