    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - The two-step of cleaning and sanitizing was not properly implemented in the classroom and bathroom. - A metal stand, located where children pass between the indoors and outdoors, poses a potential tripping and injury hazard.

    Children are provided with a comprehensive and coordinated program of indoor and outdoor activities that is designed for the development and care of the children, and is appropriate for the age and development of the children. [CCLR Sec. 44(1)(a)(b)(c) and Schedule(G)]

    Observation. Licensing noted a significant lack of outdoor play equipment. Other than the climber and a picnic table on the playground, it does not appear to meet Schedule G. The licensee confirmed that an order has been placed for a sandbox and a dollhouse.

    Observation. Minor incident logbook was unavailable. A conversation occurred regarding details to be included when recording minor incidents in the log of minor incidents: - Date and time, child's name, type of injury, location, involved equipment, if any, administered first aid, person informed or challenging behavior.
